Responsibilities
Ensuring efficient flow of information and execution of priorities by monitoring tasks, preparing materials for meetings and presentations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Facilitating the successful implementation of organizational goals and requirements, serving as a key point of contact and fostering relationships within and outside the Directorate, while preparing deliverables for management, supporting executive leadership, and the analyzing information flow, strategies, and programs to support Directorate objectives
Monitoring and tracking tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are addressed; preparing comprehensive content for meetings, presentations, and projects, requiring strong writing and communication skills
Developing and delivering training sessions, providing one-on-one coaching, and creating written guides and resources

Specialized Experience: You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Utilizing analytical methods to evaluate program effectiveness, efficiency and productivity; Preparing comprehensive content for meetings, presentations, and projects, as well as for drafting briefs, reports, and other materials that inform leadership decision-making; Collaborating with internal and external partners to provide comprehensive recommendations or solutions that improve information workflow of daily operations

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is a federal law enforcement agency that requires all applicants to undergo a thorough background investigation prior to employment in order to promote the agency's core values of vigilance, service to country, and integrity
