Responsibilities
Title tracking, processing, and maintenance
Indirect leasing
Consumer loan servicing, including auto, personal loans, and lines of credit, from booking to payoff
Commercial auto loan servicing, from booking to payoff
Insurance tracking and CPI placement
Supporting communication through email, mail, internal requests, and phone calls
Qualification
Required
high school diploma
at least 2 years of loan servicing experience
strong communicator who's equally comfortable in writing or on the phone
go-getter who brings a positive, professional attitude to every task
tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office Suite
team player who's open to learning and ready to take on new responsibilities
Preferred
college degree
