Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Six (6) months experience in a Human Resources department

Preferred

Working experience and understanding of regulations and types of leaves mandated under Federal and State leave laws
Bachelor's degree with specific experience in the benefits area
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
