InternBankers Financial Corporation is seeking a highly motivated intern to join their FP&A and Revenue Operations team. This role provides hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and performance insights, focusing on data modeling, revenue reporting, and business performance analysis.

Responsibilities
Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to uncover trends in revenue performance, operational efficiency, and business metrics
Support ongoing projects focused on forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting across multiple business units, leveraging both internal and external data sources
Help develop dashboards and automated reporting tools using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to improve visibility into KPIs and decision-making processes
Collaborate with the team to build and refine predictive models that identify revenue drivers and forecast business outcomes using tools such as Python, SQL, or similar analytics platforms
Partner with teams across Finance, Sales, and Operations to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
Assist in preparing data-driven presentations and summaries for leadership, highlighting key performance insights and operational trends
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization; experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
Understanding of data modeling, forecasting, and key business performance metrics
Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
Highly organized with a strong sense of accountability and initiative
