Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is hiring an Instructional Designer / Digital Online Content Curator for a hybrid opportunity in Raynham, MA. The role involves content curation for digital education platforms, supporting the development and delivery of educational content, and collaborating with internal partners to enhance video assets into meaningful online content.

Responsibilities

Know and follow policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility

Complete training in area of responsibility within allowed time-period. Training is required for changes in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies and procedures. Complete required periodic re-training in areas such as safety and environmental compliance

Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area. Promote safety to all associates that enter work area. Follow Health Care Compliance guidelines as well as follow operating room training and safety standards (Bloodborne pathogens training, etc.)

Support Digital Education Solutions strategy to drive visibility and growth; identifying new, effective, and innovative ways to improve associated processes

Ensure all content created meet compliance accuracy and copy approval requirements

Support digital led efforts and special projects where required, adhering to pre-defined processes

Transcribe video assets, development of mastery tests, if required

Edit videos based on quality standards & curriculum design

Create video playlists where appropriate

Create LMS modules and mastery tests where appropriate

Create online curriculum to complement live education where appropriate

Collaborate with Professional Education Subject Matter Experts to ensure strategic imperatives are being met, supporting priorities

Required

Must be able to work onsite in Raynham, Massachusetts 3 days per week

Bachelor's Degree Required or equivalent experience in instructional design required

Must be able to provide work samples (video based e-learning)

Adobe Premiere experience is required. Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, with the ability to independently edit complex educational or procedural videos

Highly proficient with the Adobe Suite including: Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop

Experience developing and editing highly graphical, surgical or medical procedure-based video content (highly preferred), including comfort working with detailed anatomical and clinical visuals

Medical Device / similar environment experience

Experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise 360

Proficient with Word, PPT, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Outlook, and learning new systems

Ability to create learning modules on the web, develop learning objectives, and create quiz and mastery tests

Experience with responsive design content editing using a content management system

The ability to create, edit, and output video content, add title slides, disclaimers, lower thirds, subtitles, motion graphics, and make changes to existing video content

Ability to work with the legal and regulatory teams during the process for content approval, renewal and revision

Project management experience required

Ability to work in a team environment

Strong analytical skills and ability to execute with accuracy

Time management skills are required

High technological and business aptitude

Experience in collaboration and project execution required

Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate with team effectively to positively influence collaboration, drive results and achieve desired outcomes in a fast-paced, complex environment

Preferred
