Responsibilities
Understand project requirements and create test strategies and plans
Lead offshore testers and manage defect resolution
Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, scrum masters, and developers
Automate tests and produce testing metrics
Provide testing sign-off for production releases
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience in QA roles within treasury/payment/transaction services
Proficiency in automation testing and Core Java
Strong knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write complex queries
Experience with data/file/database and ETL/data warehouse testing
Experience with Selenium and API testing and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred
Knowledge of the payments domain
Experience with E2E/Integration testing
Container testing experience
Familiarity with Agile tools, such as Jira
