Responsibilities
Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants
Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure
Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts
Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented
Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service
Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree OR
+ Associate's degree/medical certification + 2 years of work experience
+ High school diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience
+ 4+ years of military service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to learn quickly, work hard, and grow within a team
Composure in high-pressure, clinical settings
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Maintain flexibility for an on-call schedule including possible weeknights, weekends, and holidays
