Lead the daily, monthly, and annual reconciliation and audit processes for Transportation revenues across multiple systems
Create, analyze, and review comprehensive revenue reports that support operational and financial transparency
Manage the imprest checking account, including processing customer refunds accurately and efficiently
Research, resolve, and respond to credit card disputes with professionalism and attention to detail
Evaluate and support the monthly payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance
