Responsibilities
Pick, pack, label, and process customer orders using RF/voice technology
Palletize, re-palletize, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery
Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse management systems
Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as order pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts (as trained/certified)
Verify order accuracy and ensure proper shipment packaging
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with SOPs
Follow all safety procedures and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Assist with inventory movement, dock operations, and manifesting as needed
Report any safety hazards, injuries, or equipment issues immediately
Participate in cross-training and assist other warehouse functions as required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED, or 2 years of relevant warehouse experience
Experience operating material handling equipment preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain Forklift Certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven distribution environment
Basic reading, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as required
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred
Previous distribution center or material handling experience
RF scanner or voice-pick system experience
