Source high-quality candidates for multiple skills using a mix of job boards, databases, referrals, and proactive outreach
Screen candidates for relevant skills, experience, and cultural fit
Present qualified candidates to our internal team for further evaluation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our system
Build and nurture a pipeline of strong professionals in key markets
Qualification
Required
Proven experience sourcing and screening for technical, engineering, or aerospace positions
Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Preferred
Access to sourcing platforms or databases is a plus
