Sr. Manager, Sales & Business Operations
Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Business Enablement & Technology Leader to join their team. This role focuses on optimizing the Sales and Marketing operations through data analysis and technology enablement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and streamline processes.
Responsibilities
Leverage data and analytics to uncover growth opportunities and enhance operational efficiency in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams. Deliver actionable insights from data analysis to senior leadership and cross-functional partners, supporting strategic planning, performance management, and operational execution
Design, oversee, and optimize performance dashboards, KPI tracking, and reporting frameworks to measure and communicate results across sales, marketing, and business operations
Champion enhancements to the Sales & Marketing tech stack—including Salesforce, CPQ, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting platforms—ensuring systems are optimized to support business goals
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and global team to translate business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions that improve productivity, accuracy, and customer engagement
Stay ahead of emerging trends in Salesforce, CPQ, and marketing technology, evaluating new tools and opportunities to accelerate growth. Lead the adoption and optimization of business technology platforms, ensuring systems support operational goals and drive measurable business value
Ensure compliance with company policies and data standards, and support business continuity through robust digital infrastructure
Drive change management and communication strategies that encourage adoption and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Oversee the development and delivery of training and enablement programs to maximize adoption and value of business technology platforms and tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
8–10+ years of progressive experience in Business or Sales Operations, forecasting, Analytics, or similar role within a complex, matrixed organization
Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and data visualization skills; proficiency with Excel, Power BI/Tableau
Working knowledge of Salesforce platform management and optimization (Sales Cloud, CPQ, and integrations) and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot
Demonstrated success in driving process optimization, technology adoption, and measurable business growth
Analytical and strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and adept at managing cross-functional initiatives
Preferred
Experience in a regional or global Operations or Sales Operations role
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and performance analytics best practices
Salesforce certification(s) (e.g. Administrator, Advanced Administrator; CPQ Specialist, and/or relevant platform certifications)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
