Responsibilities

Provide guidance and support for the Cost and Schedule Management organization with deep integration with the Business Management organization
Support organization execution and be accountable for Program performance reporting, analysis, and compliance
Partner with and support the Program leadership team, Business Segments, Integrated Product Teams, and control account managers
Responsible for Cost and Performance deliverables, financial forecasting, support to Financial Planning and Reporting, Process Improvements, Earned Value Management implementation, and Proposal Support
Accountable in support of EAC and Risk/Opportunity Assessment, Program Baselines, Auditory Compliance and Surveillances, as well as Division and Sector leadership ad hoc activities
Support the Senior Cost & Schedule Manager and partner with Business leadership and manage a group of Program Cost and Schedule Analysts

Required

8+ years of experience in Business Management with Bachelor's degree – OR - 6+ years of experience with a Master's
Experience with Microsoft Project and the development of an Integrated Master Schedule
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Extensive knowledge of program execution for cost and compliance
Strong background and experience in leading teams or an organization directly or indirectly
Ability to obtain Interim or Active DoD Secret Security Clearance

Preferred

Extensive knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Compliance
Active DoD clearance
Working knowledge of EVMS Software (i.e. MPM or Cobra), Microsoft Office Suite and Accounting principles
Experience interfacing with customers or government audit agencies such as DCMA and DCAA, as well as Internal Audit
Experience with SSI Tools
