Responsibilities

Working with vendors to acquire pricing

Preparing proposals in design manager software and creating purchase orders

Communication with vendors regarding order details and status

Maintaining project trackers with order details and status to ensure goods are arriving to vendors and receiving warehouse

Assisting with materials and finish selections for Interiors and Architecture projects and putting together schedules

Attending client meetings and documenting

Working with Designer to prepare for client presentations

Daily errands for projects and office as needed

Organize and maintain resource library
