New Grad, Entry LevelVilamendhoo Island Resort & Spa is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team. This role is essential in supporting the Sales & Marketing department by coordinating activities between corporate and resort teams, managing administrative tasks, and assisting in marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update sales and marketing reports, databases, and filing systems
Ensure all sales collateral, brochures, and digital content are current
Act as a liaison between the corporate office and resort sales & marketing teams
Oversee updates and content accuracy for resort websites, B2B platforms, and media libraries
Assist in planning and executing FAM trips, VIP visits, and trade events
Ensure marketing materials are available for sales teams and external partners
Support sales teams in market research, competitor analysis, and promotional campaigns
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in Sales & Marketing, ideally within the hospitality or tourism industry
Strong administrative, coordination, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Fluency in English and other languages as required
