Responsibilities

Manage litigation and business law matters from start to finish
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Conduct depositions and confidently appear in court
Represent clients in mediations and negotiations
Advise businesses on compliance, structure, and strategy
Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements
Assist with entity formation and corporate governance
Support clients in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions

Required

At least 3 years of experience in litigation and/or business law
