They are seeking a detail-driven Loan Servicing Administrator to support various aspects of loan servicing, ensuring accuracy in borrower and property data while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support all aspects of loan servicing — payments, payoffs, extensions, and loan onboarding

Keep borrower and property data accurate and up to date

Track maturities, compliance items, insurance, and property taxes

Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams to keep communication clear and consistent

Partner with Treasury, Accounting, and Asset Management on payments, reconciliations, and special situations

Help improve processes, templates, and servicing systems as we scale
