Implementation Specialist
Red Pepper Software is seeking an Implementation Specialist. The ideal candidate will manage client implementations and ensure projects are completed successfully while building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
Serve as main point of contact for clients during implementation and manage the project to completion
Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and work
Solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment
Clearly communicate solutions back to clients through phone and email
Create project plans and budget updates
Understanding the nature of each client's business
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients
Creative and analytical problem-solver

Experience configuring software
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated, dependable, and able to meet deadlines with a high level of autonomy and accountability
Excellent follow up skills
Detailed oriented
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects
Comfortable learning new technologies
Proficient on a computer
