Jani-King International is the global leader in commercial cleaning franchising, and they are seeking a driven Inside Sales & Office Support Specialist to join their Pittsburgh team. This role involves generating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling and providing light administrative support to ensure a smooth office operation.

Facilities Services

Responsibilities

Drive outbound sales activity by making 100+ calls per day to targeted businesses across the Pittsburgh region
Establish credibility on the phone by asking thoughtful discovery questions to understand each prospect’s facility needs
Actively follow up with warm leads generated from inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, networking events, and prior calls
Maintain complete and accurate records of all outreach, conversations, and next steps in our CRM system
Work in lockstep with the outside sales team to align on territory strategies
Participate in targeted call campaigns designed around industries, seasons, or special promotions
Represent Jani-King with professionalism and persistence
Support the Pittsburgh office by answering and routing front-desk calls, managing voicemail inquiries, and ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate contact
Consistently monitor activity against daily, weekly, and monthly goals

Required

Prior telemarketing/inside sales/outbound calling experience required
Documented success hitting activity and appointment goals

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Team-oriented, positive, and coachable
