Responsibilities

Coordinate Contracts: Assist in the management and organization of contracts related to property operations, ensuring all documentation is complete and accessible
Vendor Coordination: Support the Property Management Team by communicating with vendors, scheduling services, and ensuring compliance with service agreements
Data Analytics and Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and property performance, compiling data to aid in decision-making and strategic planning
Leasing Outreach: Participate in outreach efforts to potential tenants, including drafting communications and assisting with property tours and presentations
Cross-Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various departments such as Asset Management, Marketing, Maintenance, Security, Janitorial, and Accounting to ensure seamless property operations
Property Inspections and Follow-Up: Assist in conducting regular property inspections, documenting findings, and following up on necessary maintenance or operational improvements
Property Administration: Perform file audits to ensure all property-related documentation is accurate and up to date
Conduct audits of tenant data to verify compliance with lease agreements
Prepare periodic reports on property performance and operational status
Documenting Processes and Procedures: Assist in the compilation and organization of an operations manual that outlines standard procedures and best practices for property management
Document workflows and processes to improve efficiency and consistency

Required

Open to current Undergraduate or Graduate students pursuing a degree in real estate, construction management, or a related field
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable, flexible, adaptable, attentive with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Willingness to work evenings or weekends to support property and tenant events
