Responsibilities
Analyze and validate raw data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability
Prepare, process, and visualize data using Power BI and spreadsheet tools
Perform QA/QC checks to maintain high-quality reporting standards
Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to support business decisions
Utilize formula and query languages including DAX, Power Query, and M Code
Maintain access to critical systems and information sources
Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver insights
Support ongoing business process and digital data initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in data visualization or a related analytical role
Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Excel
Intermediate knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and M Code
Strong understanding of business processes, information systems, and digital data formats
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proven problem-solving abilities and initiative
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Experience supporting process improvement or business excellence teams
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working on special projects
