Personal Assistant

SocialQ, Inc. is seeking a high-level Personal Assistant to support Jackie Siegel, a prominent businesswoman and philanthropist. The role involves managing Jackie’s complex calendar, household operations, travel, and various business-related activities while ensuring seamless coordination across her personal and professional life.

Responsibilities

Accompany Jackie to virtually all business meetings, appointments, and events; take detailed notes, track action items, and drive follow-up
Own her master calendar in coordination with any additional support staff (currently Sheri Barron)
Arrange seamless domestic and international travel (private and commercial), detailed itineraries, ground transport, and last-minute changes
Screen and manage all communication (emails, calls, texts, DMs) with discretion and efficiency; draft and send approved correspondence on her behalf
Maintain comprehensive, searchable databases:
All business contacts with meeting history, preferences, and next steps
Separate press & media contact database
Personal contacts for gifting, holiday cards, and event invites
Anticipate needs, solve problems in real time, and handle 'organized chaos' with grace under pressure
Oversee household staff and vendors at Versailles Mansion to ensure flawless daily operations
Manage Jackie’s public image: monitor social media, flag issues or opportunities, supply updated photos, bios, press kits, and links for all ventures
Produce concise weekly highlight reports for Jackie and Mina Lu covering progress across all business lines and donor cultivation
Organize and execute events (fundraisers, pageants, galas, watch parties, etc.)
Ensure staff, vendors, publicists, and partners have crystal-clear expectations, deliverables, and accountability systems
Keep Jackie equipped to nurture key relationships in every arena (thank-you protocol, personalized outreach, gifting strategy, etc.)

Required

Extremely high flexibility — non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and extensive travel (often last-minute) are standard
Unflappable calm and professionalism in high-stress, high-visibility situations
Superior emotional and social intelligence; comfortable with VIPs, celebrities, major donors, and politicians while maintaining absolute discretion
Impeccable organization and memory for details; able to juggle 50+ moving parts without dropping anything
Proactive mindset — you see what needs doing before being asked
Tech-savvy (Apple ecosystem, Calendly/Google Workspace or similar, CRM/contact databases, social-media management tools)
Polished communication skills (written and verbal); experience drafting correspondence on behalf of a principal is a strong plus

Preferred

Prior experience supporting an ultra-high-net-worth individual, celebrity, political figure, or major philanthropist is highly preferred
