Craft personalized job advertisements and use recruitment marketing tools strategically to optimize role visibility and attract top-tier candidates
Proficient in negotiating candidate offers, ensuring successful placement and alignment with organizational objectives
Demonstrated prowess in sales, adept at promoting both job opportunities and organizational culture to prospective candidates
Tailored recruiting strategies to meet Gallagher Bassett's specific business needs, delivering targeted candidate presentations
Manage a requisition load, conduct interviews and support the other recruiters when needed
Develop a deep understanding of the business you are supporting
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, encouraging meaningful connections with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Required

A minimum of 3 years relevant recruiting experience full cycle
Minimum 2 years working with Recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM)
Strong relationship building, negotiation and optimization skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines
Proven candidate sourcing techniques, including ATS tools and recruitment technologies to actively engage passive talent
Craft personalized job advertisements and use recruitment marketing tools strategically to optimize role visibility and attract top-tier candidates
