Responsibilities
Designs, implements, and maintains IT systems for business clients
Provides technical leadership, and supports and communicates system requirements to software development teams
Plans and designs the structure and solutions of new IT systems
Oversees the development and implementation of programs, and assures proper architecture is implemented
Meets with IT managers and Software Developers to determine a company's processes and current and future needs and specifications
Evaluates and determines appropriate software or hardware and recommends integration methods
Measures the performance of upgraded or newly installed technology systems, and monitors systems to assure they meet business goals and user needs
Determines if current systems can be upgraded or if a new system is required
Provides a company with design ideas and schematics
Troubleshoots technical systems issues and concerns
Oversees all aspects of the system integration
Provides the company with post-installation feedback
Trains staff on system procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an IT related field
Ten (10) years of experience in a similar role
Salesforce Application Architect certification required
Active Security clearance required
