Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of low–medium complexity marketing projects
Build and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Partner with channel leads and stakeholders to manage timelines
Maintain projects in Workfront (tasks, timelines, approvals)
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones
Support PMO leadership and coordinate meetings
Track project documentation and closeouts

Required

1+ year project management experience
High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Marketing or agency project experience
Workfront experience (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
