Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of scalable Workforce Management (WFM) systems and solutions
Serve as a subject matter expert in UKG Pro (SaaS) and UKG Workforce Central (WFC), driving enhancements and new functionality
Analyze business and technical requirements, translating requests into system improvements and updated configurations
Partner with global WFM and IT/GTS teams to troubleshoot issues, design solutions, and coordinate implementations
Support and maintain integrations with PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle HCM, and related enterprise business systems
Monitor performance and reliability, participate in code reviews, and maintain strong system/operational documentation
Ensure delivery aligns with SDLC and compliance standards (SOX, PII, PCI) while mentoring junior team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field, plus 5+ years of overall Senior Engineer experience
5+ years configuring and supporting UKG Pro WFM and UKG Workforce Central (8.0+) (preferred 8.1)
5+ years supporting UKG Advanced Scheduler & Forecasting and integration tools (WIM and/or Boomi)
Strong technical foundation across Windows/Linux/UNIX, Oracle & SQL Server, web servers, networking, storage, and security protocols
Experience with APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP, XML/JSON) and working effectively with application software vendors
Proven troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization skills with enterprise-scale data and systems
Additional strengths: Service releases/upgrades, dashboards/tiles, custom reporting, Agile SDLC, retail, and HCM/Finance domain knowledge
