Information Technology
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain BI solutions including ETL processes, data marts, dashboards, and reports
Work with users, analysts, and developers to clarify requirements and design effective reporting solutions
Translate logical data models into optimized physical designs and ensure data accuracy and reconciliation
Present project updates to stakeholders and participate in review boards and workgroups
Assist with database model design and documentation updates
Provide end-user training and support as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of Data Warehouse/BI development (ETL, data marts, reporting)
Preferred
Experience in Child Welfare or Juvenile Services
Ability to work independently
Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical teams
