Training and Technical Documentation Analyst
VLinc Corporation is seeking a Training and Technical Documentation Analyst to support the development of logistics deliverables related to personnel training requirements and technical documentation. This role involves creating assessments of training needs, developing Quick Reference Cards, and assisting with Technical Orders to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive analysis of qualitative and quantitative personnel requirements for system operation and maintenance
Identify new or modified skills required for effective system usage and outline necessary training devices and programs
Collaborate with Shield AI to gather existing training data and ensure documentation aligns with personnel skill requirements
Document training requirements in compliance with ANSI GEIA-STD-0007 standards
Develop concise and user-friendly QRCs to guide operators and maintenance personnel in system operation and troubleshooting
Summarize critical procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime
Ensure QRCs are developed based on existing data provided by Shield AI and meet all ANSI GEIA-STD-0007 requirements
Assist in creating "Timed Compliance" Technical Orders with detailed step-by-step instructions for system installation, operation, maintenance, and repair
Work with Shield AI to incorporate existing operational and troubleshooting procedures into the TOs
Verify TOs are accurate, clear, and adhere to ANSI GEIA-STD-0007 standards
Work closely with program managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure the training items and documentation support overall logistics objectives
Coordinate with Shield AI to collect necessary data and align deliverables with system requirements and government standards
Ensure all deliverables meet applicable government and industry standards, including ANSI GEIA-STD-0007
Review and validate all documentation for accuracy, clarity, and usability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in logistics planning, technical documentation, or training program development, preferably in government or defense programs
Strong understanding of ANSI GEIA-STD-0007 standards and other government documentation requirements
Experience developing user guides, training documentation, or technical orders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Visio)
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
