Responsibilities
Ensure meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings
Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily
Assist in the preparation of market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments
Assist and perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner
Assist in the cleaning of available units and models
Assist in the troubleshooting/repairing of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems
Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the maintenance supervisor
Work on-call as scheduled, weekend shifts and overtime as necessary and approved by manager
Perform tasks and operate machinery in a safe manner and in compliance with safety procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous groundskeeping experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred
Bilingual or multilingual skills
