Responsibilities
Asset Creation : Model, texture, and light high-quality 3D assets that align with the game’s artistic direction and vision
Character Design : Collaborate with design and narrative teams to bring unique and compelling characters to life
Environment Building : Create visually stunning and gameplay-optimized environments that immerse players in the game world
Collaboration : Work closely with game design, animation, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into the game engine
Art Review & Iteration : Participate in regular reviews and refine your work based on feedback to achieve the highest artistic quality
Continuous Learning : Stay up to date with the latest 3D design techniques, tools, and trends to keep our games innovative and cutting-edge
Qualification
Required
A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in 3D modeling, texturing, and shading
Proficiency with industry-standard tools like Blender, ZBrush, Maya, and Substance Painter
Solid understanding of color, lighting, and form to create visually compelling assets
Experience with game asset optimization to ensure high performance while maintaining quality
A passion for video games and a deep understanding of what makes a game visually appealing
Strong team player with great communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Previous experience working in an indie game studio or startup environment
Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine for asset integration and optimization
Experience in animation or rigging
