Responsibilities
Analyze client exposure data and use advanced catastrophe modeling tools like RMS and Verisk to measure potential losses
Interpret and explain model outputs to brokers, clients, and other stakeholders, helping them understand risks and make informed decisions
Collaborate with broking teams to develop meaningful content for clients and prospects, contribute to creative problem-solving, and identify ways to improve workflows
Present insights and reports to clients, brokers, and senior managers
Mentor and train junior team members
Stay current with industry trends and tools to deliver innovative solutions
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in catastrophe modeling
Proficiency in RMS, Verisk, and GIS software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills to explain complex data clearly
A collaborative mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of (re)insurance financial terms and regulatory contexts
