Responsibilities
Demonstrate significant claims handling skills and carry an individual case load delivering high quality and efficient service
Participate in adjuster training to nurture a culture of performance and continuous improvement
Manage workloads and motivate performance
Use Gallagher's technology to enhance your team's efficiency and quality
Communicate with clients, carriers and brokers in a professional, positive and proactive manner
Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities and position team members for successful development
Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims applying your analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution
Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process
Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients and claimants
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Minimum of 10 years hands-on workers compensation claims adjusting experience required including lost-time/indemnity and litigation
Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
Knowledge of all team member related functions
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
