Ledcor is growing its Telecommunications Construction team and is seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead complex telecom infrastructure projects. The role involves ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while upholding safety standards and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Champion and uphold Ledcor’s safety-first culture, ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites

Lead or support the planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds

Manage or contribute to risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle

Participate in or lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities

Oversee or assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologies

Support or lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Negotiate or support contract execution and change order management

Help establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation

Required

8+ years of telecom or utility construction project management experience, with a proven track record of leading large, complex infrastructure builds

Education in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted)

Strong understanding of telecom construction methods, permitting processes, and industry standards (e.g., NESC, NEC, local codes)

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Experience with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a plus
