Responsibilities
Assisting with the recruiting process within the University of Toledo Football program
Take a lead role in campus visit planning
Assist in marketing and promoting the philosophy and objectives of the football program
Assist with assessing student athlete academic status
Assist with the management of various programs for current and prospective football student athletes
Adhering to compliance, policies and procedures of the Athletic Department, University of Toledo, NCAA, and MAC
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Must be highly recommended by references
Must be a proven, successful recruiter
Ability to effectively communicate and counsel student-athletes on requirements for personal conduct, academic performance, and athletic performance
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrate professional conduct and ethical behavior
Ability to comply with all policies and regulations of the University, MAC, and NCAA
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Division I College Coaching Experience Preferred
