This role will manage the success of various onsite events, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for attendees while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to understand event requirements and objectives
Plan, coordinate, and execute onsite events, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for attendees
Act as the facilities host during events, welcoming guests and ensuring they have a positive and comfortable experience
Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, coordinating with relevant teams for logistics and follow-ups
Provide administrative support for pre-event planning and post-event wrap-up
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources for events
Maintain clear communication with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the event planning process
Anticipate and address any issues or challenges that may arise during events, demonstrating quick and effective problem-solving skills

Required

Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on W2
5 years of relevant experience in events coordination and/or office management
Experience managing event organizers, service providers, and facilities vendors
Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities, shift between tasks, and remain calm and responsive in a dynamic environment
Working knowledge of events/crowd safety and standards

Preferred
