Responsibilities

Performs senior level design and analysis of computer programs and systems. Follows guidelines of user and Systems Development Manager

Serves as senior project manager in the development and modification of computer systems

Directs quality assurance in all stages of testing and reviews completed systems

Serves as primary contact for help desk personnel in resolving system and application problems. Serves as on-call analyst for problem determination and resolution of problems detected in any and all production systems

Coordinates with database staff for the purpose of developing or modifying databases, formulating stored procedures, and queries

Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

Reports to supervisor and documents the status of projects on a regular basis

Perform other duties and complete other projects as assigned by I.T. management
