Human Resources & Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple roles
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and maintain accurate recruitment trackers
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
Support preparation of offer letters and coordinate onboarding and joining formalities
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages
Assist with onboarding processes, documentation, and employee record management
Maintain accurate personnel files, contracts, and HR documentation
Support leave management, attendance tracking, and HR reporting
Assist with internal HR communications and policy documentation
Manage recruitment-related correspondence and documentation
Coordinate calendars, interviews, and meetings
Support general office administration and vendor coordination as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, HR, or administration
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
Proven experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor

Preferred

Bilingual abilities are a plus
Experience supporting senior stakeholders or calendar management is an advantage
