Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program delivery, coordinating multiple workstreams across data, engineering, digital, and infrastructure initiatives
Facilitate strategic alignment, planning, and execution through pragmatic agile and governance frameworks suited to organizational maturity
Establish and maintain program governance that accelerates progress — driving visibility, accountability, and informed decision-making
Partner with technical and business leaders to define roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics that align with enterprise priorities
Manage program budgets, resource plans, vendor coordination, and risk management with transparency and precision
Facilitate PI Planning and sprint execution across distributed teams, emphasizing collaboration and measurable delivery
Lead the creation and maintenance of clear operating rhythms — steering committee updates, status reports, RAID logs, and decision registers
Coach project and scrum teams on agile best practices, backlog management, and delivery discipline
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, synthesizing insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all delivery teams
Qualification
Required
8–12 years of program or project management experience in consulting, digital, or enterprise transformation environments
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs involving multiple teams and vendors
Strong background in Agile delivery models — with the ability to scale them pragmatically
Deep understanding of data, analytics, cloud, and enterprise technology ecosystems
Skilled in financial management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting
Proven ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery leadership
Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence, able to manage complex stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy and confidence
Preferred
PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred
