They are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager to lead portfolio management and program reviews within the TDI Strategy & Planning team, working closely with senior leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities
Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles across the TDI portfolio
Facilitate executive reviews and QBRs to track and communicate progress
Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into portfolio health and business impact
Act as a strategic advisor to align TDI investments with company goals / VMT’s
Manage intake and prioritization framework across the TDI portfolio
Drive successful adoption of portfolio management rituals and solution framework
Create executive summaries and dashboard views to show delivery status of programs across the TDI portfolio
Identify and lead end-to-end improvements across the TDI portfolio management framework
Lead execution of cross-functional strategy & planning programs using Agile and hybrid methodologies
Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and tied to business outcomes
Foster a culture of ownership, excellence, and execution
Qualification
Required
8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years with a Master's degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
Proven success in leading strategic planning, portfolio management, and organization-level program execution
Ability to lead through influence without direct authority
Strong understanding of managing the delivery of programs across a large portfolio leveraging Atlassian products & apps such as Jira, Projects, and Goals
Experience driving process change in complex, cross-functional environments
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in matrixed organizations
