Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and process data from multiple departments
Assist in evaluating workflows, production systems, and resource utilization
Create and maintain reports and process documentation to present improvement insights
Identify trends, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks in existing systems
Support senior engineers in developing process improvement and optimization strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and process alignment
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, and efficiency
Support data preparation for presentations, audits, and decision-making processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and process analysis tools
Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles
Ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable conclusions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Eagerness to learn and develop in the field of industrial engineering
Preferred
Familiarity with data analysis or statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Python, or R) is a plus
