Responsibilities

Manage daily workflows for indirect processing ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all loan products

Oversee the training and professional development of indirect processors, including the coordination and delivery of annual compliance training programs

Analyze current business practices, identify areas for improvement, and lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance member experience through automation and technology upgrades

Track and report key performance metrics to senior management (e.g., loan volume, loan errors, loan exceptions)

Develop and enforce operational procedures that align with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Act as the primary contact for audits and examinations, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions

Monitor regulatory changes and proactively plan for compliance in collaboration with compliance teams

Collaborate with sales officers to drive market profitability through increased volume, operational efficiency, and effective dealer management

Handle escalations of adverse credit decisions or loan issues and communicate with members and dealer partners, ensuring professionalism and maintaining strong rapport

Required

Five years of auto loan processing experience

Familiarity with CUDL, Dealertrack, or similar platforms

Related bachelor's degree or comparable experience
