Responsibilities
Contribute to a high-performing team of HR product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Contribute to the product strategy & roadmap for Workday including Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits
Manage the backlog and ensure alignment to roadmap. Lead quarterly planning and track delivery
Translate complex business needs into actionable deliverables, including technical specifications, epics, and user stories for agile development teams
Partner cross-functionally with Total Rewards and Schwab Technology Services (STS) to design and maintain seamless integrations with downstream systems, ensuring data integrity
Stay abreast of Workday releases and feature previews, proactively assessing impact and championing the adoption of relevant enhancements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance, gathering user feedback, and optimizing process efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proven success as a Product Owner for technology solutions
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field
Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and agile delivery practices
Preferred
Familiarity with Workday configuration and integration concepts (hands-on experience a plus)
Ability to navigate complex organizational changes and influence stakeholders at all levels
