Senior Proposal Manager

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end proposal process for government solicitations, ensuring compliance and quality
Collaborate with Business Development teams to develop winning strategies and incorporate key messages
Review RFPs and related documents to create compliant proposal materials
Provide guidance and coaching on persuasive writing techniques to capture teams and subject matter experts
Coordinate proposal meetings and events, managing discussions and materials
Support solution reviews and assist in developing strength statements
Manage proposal timelines, assignments, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines
Maintain proposal libraries and stay updated on relevant platforms and tools

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a closely related field, with at least 4-6 years of proposal management experience or equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant experience
Knowledge of the Federal Procurement Process and the FAR
Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint, with the ability to work with web applications for collaboration and tracking
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under minimal supervision
Experience with proposal compliance audits and delivering project solutions to federal clients
Ability to give clear, concise directions and organize large volumes of information
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
Resilience and ability to manage stress, with a sense of humor to navigate tense situations

Preferred

Experience supervising junior employees and coordinating multiple proposal efforts simultaneously
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
Expertise with MS Office suite and PDF programs
Demonstrated ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and provide quality products
