Provisioning Logistics Analyst
VLinc Corporation is seeking a Provisioning Logistics Analyst responsible for developing and managing comprehensive provisioning documentation. The role involves ensuring accurate identification and tracking of parts and tools, collaborating with internal teams and Shield AI, and maintaining compliance with government standards.

Responsibilities
Develop detailed PTD Lists that document all required parts, consumables, and personnel needs for system provisioning
Include specific training information to ensure all personnel are equipped to operate and maintain the system effectively
Collaborate with Shield AI to gather existing provisioning and personnel data and integrate it into the final documentation
Generate comprehensive Logistics Product Data to support system operations, ensuring the efficient management and sourcing of spare parts
Ensure all documentation adheres to ANSI GEIA-STD-0007 standards for consistency and standardization
Coordinate with Shield AI to address gaps in component and subsystem-level data to meet government requirements
Create a Provisioning Parts List (PPL) structured at the end-item or assembly level, detailing all necessary parts and tools for system assembly and operation
Ensure the PPL complies with MIL-STD-1552 and DID DI-SESS-82294 standards, including accurate National Stock Number (NSN) assignment for procurement
Work with Shield AI to collect existing data on modules, subcomponents, and assemblies, incorporating it into the PPL
Ensure all documentation meets applicable government and industry standards, including ANSI GEIA-STD-0007, MIL-STD-1552, and DID DI-SESS-82294
Conduct reviews to validate the accuracy, completeness, and usability of all provisioning documentation
Coordinate with Shield AI to identify and track all required modules, components, and assemblies at the subsystem level
Engage with internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely and accurate collection of provisioning data
Communicate updates, progress, and challenges to program managers and other stakeholders
Identify potential risks related to provisioning data gaps and propose mitigation strategies to address them
Monitor changes in system requirements and adjust documentation accordingly to maintain alignment with program goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in provisioning, logistics planning, or technical documentation development, preferably in defense or government programs
Strong knowledge of ANSI GEIA-STD-0007, MIL-STD-1552, DID DI-SESS-82294, and other relevant standards
Familiarity with National Stock Number (NSN) assignment processes and government procurement systems
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail
Proficiency in documentation tools and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools
