This role is responsible for the installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise-level access control systems for commercial and industrial clients.

Responsibilities
Install, configure, and commission Software House access control systems
Perform system upgrades, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project success
Accurately document installations, service work, and system changes
Provide on-site technical support and end-user training when required
Adhere to Accutek Technologies’ quality, safety, and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Active Software House Certification (mandatory)
Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience installing and servicing access control systems
Strong working knowledge of Software House C•CURE systems
Strong working knowledge of door hardware, readers, panels, and power supplies
Strong working knowledge of networked security systems (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background checks and obtain required site clearances
Preferred
Experience with additional access control platforms (Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, HID)
CCTV and intrusion system experience
Low-voltage certifications or manufacturer certifications beyond Software House
OSHA 10/30 or equivalent safety training
