Responsibilities
Enter data from various sources into our systems accurately and efficiently
Verify and review data for errors or missing information
Maintain and update databases and records
Ensure data integrity and security by following proper procedures
Communicate with team members to clarify and obtain missing information
Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed
Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to data entry
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
