Senior LevelScalence L.L.C. is seeking an IT Program Manager III to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing and overseeing critical applications, ensuring compliance with standards, managing risk, and coordinating with various teams to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of system of records data
Work closely with support and management partners for Third-Party applications
Provide oversight for Third-Party compliance with control requirements
Create and drive Enhanced Remediation Programs (ERPs)
Lead discussions with support teams and clients to aid in decision-making
Work across various teams to identify and remediate risk and compliance issues
Manage and cross-train offshore resources to meet risk-related deliverables
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of risk and compliance standards and processes
Experience in software development or application production support
Proficient in managing multiple tasks and deliverables
Experience in managing onshore and offshore teammates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and SharePoint
Preferred
Experience in application management
Strong analytical thinking and data analysis reporting skills
Knowledge of infrastructure management
