Responsibilities

Complete work orders, make-readies, and preventive maintenance efficiently and with pride
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues
Prepare apartments for move-ins by ensuring all systems, finishes, and safety standards are met
Maintain clean, safe, and well-functioning common areas and building systems
Communicate clearly and professionally with residents while resolving service requests
Participate in an on-call rotation with team support when urgent issues arise

Required

Hands-on maintenance experience across multiple trades
Ability to diagnose issues, prioritize repairs, and complete work correctly the first time

Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and contribute to a well-run community

Preferred

HVAC or EPA certification preferred
