Director/ExecutiveNextGen Coding Company is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead their technology and information systems strategy. The ideal candidate will develop and oversee the IT and technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving the integration of emerging technologies into the organization’s roadmap.

Responsibilities
Develop and oversee NextGen’s overall IT and technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and future growth initiatives
Lead the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions that support the company's innovative product portfolio, including software development, APIs, and cloud engineering
Drive the integration and adoption of emerging technologies such as blockchain, AI/ML, and computer vision into the organization’s strategic roadmap
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance technical capabilities and optimize system architecture to support the full product lifecycle
Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and data privacy policies are in place to protect company and client information
Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Oversee the development of scalable IT infrastructure to support both internal operations and client-facing services
Act as a key advisor to the executive team on technological developments, trends, and investments
Create strategic partnerships with technology vendors, ensuring best-in-class service and tools for NextGen’s operations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a CIO or in a senior IT leadership role, ideally within tech-driven companies
Strong understanding of full-stack web development, software development, APIs, data engineering, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Familiarity with blockchain, AI/ML, computer vision, and game development
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills, able to engage with technical teams and present to executive-level stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
