IT HelpDesk/Desktop Support Technician
Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting for an IT HelpDesk/Desktop Support Technician position. The role involves providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting desktop PC hardware and software, and managing helpdesk software administration.

Responsibilities
Answering calls and providing technical support to end users
Performing troubleshooting of Desktop PC hardware, operating systems and any other installed software to provide solutions and remediate the problem
Managing the administration of the helpdesk software
Assisting with the administration of licensing and inventory
Communicating and elevating issues to other IT staff
Qualification
Required
Associate Degree in Information Systems or related field with minimum five (5) years' of technical support and services, including installing operating systems, computer hardware, and software
Preferred
Fluent in Spanish, preferred
