Responsibilities

Manage tasks, priorities, follow-ups, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination
Keep projects organized and moving across multiple business initiatives
Create simple documentation and repeatable processes
Assist in the development and rollout of client intake workflows/software (requirements, testing, feedback)
Support tool setup and workflow improvements using modern no-code/AI platforms
Create and refine marketing materials (flyers, social posts, basic brand assets)
Maintain consistency across brand channels and campaigns
Support content planning and execution
Build lead lists and support outreach to local fleets and property partners
Track follow-ups, pipeline activity, and next steps in a simple CRM system
Help improve outreach messaging and process over time
Periodic assistance at MMRA’s brick-and-mortar location as needed (coordination, admin support, organization)

Required

Must be located in Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill (Triangle)
Self-starter who doesn't need constant direction
Organized, responsive, and reliable
Comfortable learning new tools quickly (Canva, spreadsheets, forms, workflow tools)
Driven, humble, and execution-focused (not ego-driven)
Interested in gaining real startup experience with measurable outcomes

Preferred

Canva or similar design tools
Strong written communication and follow-up discipline
Basic tech/workflow comfort (forms, documentation, software testing)
Sales support experience (lead lists, outreach tracking)
